Terence Milstead, the founder of Second Mind Consulting Collaborative LLC, is a strategic communications and consumer research expert with 20+ years experience helping public and private sector clients develop insight-driven strategies.
Terence blends academic-training as a social scientist with industry expertise in consumer research and strategic communications. Formerly a Vice President in the Washington DC office of the renowned PR/advertising firm Ogilvy and later as Head of Qualitative Insights at DC-based strategic consulting firm Storyline Strategies (formerly Luntz Global), Terence has conducted hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews for clients around the globe.
Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Terence regularly teaches a course on Business Communications at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

She brings over a decade of experience in people and organizational development, behavioral design and interventions, psycholinguistics, and research methods.
Elena has worked across diverse contexts supporting organizations in enhancing performance, leveraging technology and data, and implementing evidence-based strategies for sustainable growth and change. Based in London and originally from Spain, Elena is fluent in English and Spanish.

Elizabeth Moselle is a strategist and facilitator with 20 years of experience leading initiatives to improve places, systems, and services. She has worked across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, bringing a human-experience lens and implementation expertise to complex planning and change efforts.
Elizabeth is known for seeing unconsidered angles, connecting insights to action, and aligning diverse stakeholders. At Philadelphia International Airport, she built a customer experience initiative from the ground up, uniting hundreds of organizations and 17,000+ employees to shape a more welcoming environment for 33 million annual passengers. Her work also includes leading a nationally recognized commercial revitalization program and creating public space activations that drew hundreds of thousands of visitors and reinvested in community assets and
